Role overview

At Devlane, we are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support our growing marketing efforts. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for executing strategies that strengthen Devlane’s brand presence and generate meaningful engagement.

The Marketing Specialist will contribute to content strategy, branding, event support, and community building, ensuring consistent and compelling communication across our website, blog, social media, and other digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to support lead generation.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure the best implementation of the marketing strategy.
• Develop and manage content for the website, blog, newsletters, social media, and online communities.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends and inspire innovative approaches.
• Support event organization, including webinars, conferences, and industry gatherings.
• Apply SEO best practices across all content to maximize visibility and reach.
• Contribute to creative production, including copywriting, filming, photography, and multimedia content.
• Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

• Graduate or advanced student in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 2 - 3 years of professional experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related areas.
• Experience in tech or tech-related industries is a strong plus.
• Advanced English - speaking & writing.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a passion for content creation.
• A keen eye for detail, creativity, and brand consistency.
• Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience managing social media platforms and fostering community engagement.
• Practical skills in filming, photography, or other visual content creation.
• Proactive, curious, and constantly seeking fresh ideas and industry innovations.
